This role sits within the Financial Planning & Analysis team, focussed on providing robust forward looking views of our performance across P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflows; to allow the senior leadership teams across ASOS to make effective decisions, optimise resource allocation and deliver on our strategic goals.
This role will play an integral part in these processes, ensuring we have appropriate processes to collate, challenge and refine inputs from across finance whilst also building and maintaining centralise models that allow us to conduct scenario planning and support on strategic initiatives.
What you will be doing
Business partnering with the wider finance team to ensure we are receiving high-quality accurate inputs into our planning and forecasting processes, building relationships to allow you to gain an insight into each area of the business and context into the financial outputs.
Lead on relevant areas during the quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring that inputs and expectations are understood; deadlines are met and we have robust review and challenge sessions before consolidating into an asos-wide view.
Build and maintain centralised planning models to allow us to evaluate decisions, support on strategic initiatives and provide updated guidance to internal and external stakeholders on our future performance.
Line managing and developing a Finance Analyst; ensuring they are performing at a high level, whilst also actively supporting them in their development.
Working with the Senior FP&A manager, tech teams and peers to enhance our core forecasting processes to ensure they are appropriate for the needs of asos; utilising appropriate systems and tools that increase efficiency and accuracy.

Experience working in an dynamic retail or similar environment.
Experience of working with complex data sets and performing scenario planning and modelling.
Experience in producing high-quality analysis and reporting that is presented in a format ready for senior stakeholders
