The Reward Partner plays a key role within our People Experience team. Youll assist the Head of Reward with all the ASOS Reward related activities, including our annual and cyclical performance and compensation review process, providing meaningful insights and analysis on market data, and contributing to new reward strategies and practices for our ASOSers, including senior executives.
Responsibilities:
Work with a dedicated internal customer team to get a deep understanding of our business priorities and expectations to design and deliver innovative reward solutions. The outcomes of these reward solutions to be supported with clear policies, processes, and communication. When required, organising training and support for our ASOSers and their line managers.
Preparing reward analysis and recommendations, while continuously looking for improvements in our data driven decision making.
Delivering key project(s) within the annual reward cycle, e.g. annual pay review, bonus calculation, share grant, etc. Ensuring the projects are delivered effectively and that all outputs are appropriately managed across each delivery milestone. The specific project(s) allocated to you will depend on your experience and relevant reward knowledge, as well as your ability to deliver business focussed reward solutions.
Working collaboratively with Finance, Tax, Technology, Audit and other departments, as well as with external suppliers, where relevant.
While working closely with a small team of reward professionals, you will have an opportunity to contribute your skills and expertise to the evolution of ASOS reward strategy.
You will be providing expert guidance and support on reward matters, and may participate in other reward and wider People Experience projects and initiatives.
