Our Pledge To Be A Workplace That Works For All

Launched in 2010, Fashion with Integrity drives us to be better. It’s the evidence that helps us back up our promises and innovate faster. It’s the reason we can continue building a company where incredible things happen for our people and our customers, while working to reduce our impact on the planet.

The Next Generation Of Female Leaders!

Our commitment to supporting and developing female leaders is at the centre of everything we do. With policies on pregnancy loss and fertility, to the measures we take to ensure pay equity for all and so much more, we’re passionate about promoting equality at ASOS and empowering women to be whoever they want to be – both in the workplace and beyond.

Communities

You can’t make change alone.

Here at ASOS, we know that we win bigger when we win as a team. That’s why, through our communities, we come together to network, learn, collaborate, and drive meaningful action on important topics – including race, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, neurodiversity, parenting, mental health and loads more.

Creating a safe space for people to speak up and be themselves, these groups are integral to building ASOS – they capture feedback and learn from our people on all things Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

We know that ASOS is special because of what we bring individually, so in celebrating or differences and sharing our stories, we can build an ASOS to be proud of, and make sure tomorrow is even better than today, for each other and our customers.

Women In Tech

We’re working to make ASOS technology more inclusive, diverse, and encourage women into tech and leadership roles. With our Fashion with Integrity Be Diverse goal of 40% female representation in tech by 2030, we’re getting involved in the community to inspire, create change, and have fun while doing it. From female engagement and educating young women and girls about roles in tech, to improving our comms and widening our networks – we’re committed to creating opportunities for women in tech.

Same But Different

We’re all about the vibe. And creating an environment where people feel safe is important to us. Whether it’s sharing an experience, giving support or education, ASOS is a place where everyone is looked after.

Parents & Carers

We believe that parents should be able to pursue their careers and be the best parent or carer they can be. That’s why we’ve created a space where ASOSers can connect and feel supported by others who share the same experiences, whether they’re parents, carers, or allies. We’re empowering our people to be who they want to be with industry-leading policies and transitional support across the business.

THEYSOSers

At ASOS, everyone’s welcome. To share, to talk, to ask questions, to be seen. And we’ve created a community which embraces and celebrates all LGBTQ+ ASOSers and allies. A safe space where everyone can have the confidence to be whoever they want to be. Through this network we turn the volume up on LGBTQ+ voices to educate, inform, empower, and provide a safe space for all.

Heads & Hearts

The Race & Equality Heads & Hearts launched in September 2020, as a space for our ethnic minority ASOSers to connect, share, learn and drive change in the areas that matter most. As our first formal employee network, members have fed into a number of successful initiatives: Future Leaders, All In events, Ethnicity Pay Gap, the All In Learning Programme, to name just a few.

Women in Tech @ASOS

I am part of the WIT community helping to support the communication stream, highlighting the amazing talent in the community, the events, policies been implemented, and the all-around great work we are doing to create a more inclusive and balanced work environment. Working on relaunching the Women in tech mentoring scheme, so watch out for that.

As a software engineer with a love for fashion, I feel extremely lucky to be part of a fashion company that prioritises technology, innovation and customer experience to the same degree as their clothing.

Heads & Hearts @ASOS

My Role as a Head for the Heads & Hearts network is to feed ideas of ways we can educate and plan events for the network. This is something that I hold closely to my heart.
