Your Role

We are seeking an experienced and innovative, fashion-loving Performance Media Manager to lead, drive, and execute our Paid Media strategy across PPC & Paid Social to build long-lasting brand excitement, customer acquisition and loyalty for the iconic TOPSHOP/TOPMAN brands.

In this newly created role, you will work to ensure best in class deployment of paid media campaigns across different channels to reflect TSTMs investment strategies across lower-funnel KPIs as well as playing a pivotal role in developing best practices for the evolving full funnel marketing vision across existing social platforms Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and new platforms TikTok, Pinterest, Twitch & beyond.

What You'll be Doing...

  • Design and execute robust media experiments to unlock incremental growth and strengthen mid and upper funnel performance across Paid Social and PPC.
  • Develop and scale best-in-class media practices across established and emerging platforms including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Twitch, ensuring brand messaging is impactful and relevant across all stages of the customer journey.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, product, trading, and insight teams, ensuring Paid Media is aligned with brand strategy and commercial priorities.
  • Establish and evolve best practices for paid social, including organic boosting and new channel testing, to ensure brand messaging resonates across diverse customer touchpoints.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key platform and tech partners, staying ahead of industry trends and ensuring our approach remains innovative and effective.

/02 Job Qualifications

Who we'd like to meet...

Youre a commercially minded, hands-on marketer with a strong grasp of the paid media landscape and a passion for fashion and retail. Youre confident navigating complexity, curious about emerging platforms, and comfortable leading both strategy and execution. You bring a collaborative mindset, a sharp eye for detail, and a drive to deliver meaningful results.

Key experience and skills:

  • Proven success managing and optimising Paid Media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Microsoft Ads.
  • Strong understanding of the wider digital marketing ecosystem, including PPC, Paid Social, Affiliate, SEO, and Programmatic.
  • Experience with tools such as SA360, Google Shopping & Merchant Center, and Google Analytics.
  • Comfortable managing budgets, analysing performance, and leading experimentation to drive growth.
  • Experience supporting or managing team members, with a collaborative and development-focused approach.
  • Experience working across European markets or with multilingual campaigns is a plus.
